Standard Shipping and Handling Within the Continental USA
Within the Continental USA (defined for the purposes of our shipping and handling charges as the 48 contiguous states), orders are sent via United States Postal Service, DHL, UPS, or Federal Express at the discretion of World-Wide Martial Arts Supply based on shipping dimensions and weight.
APO/FPO Addresses
UPS and FedEx will not deliver to APO/FPO Addresses. If you are requesting shipping to an APO/FPO Address please select USPS as the method of shipping. Your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (Priority Mail or Parcel Post, depending upon weight and/or size).
USPS PO Boxes

Standard Shipping & Handling Charges
Within the Continental USA, and for APO/FPO Addresses, standard Shipping & Handling is calculated based on the "shipping" weight and dimensions of your order in accordance with the rates of your preferred shipping partner from the destination postal (zip) code. Certain overweight or oversize items (e.g., heavy bags, stretchers, mats, bos, etc.) carry supplemental S&H which is indicated in the description on the item page. Unlike the competition, World-Wide Martial Arts Supply does not assess any additional "handling" fees, because we do not wish to profit from the cost of shippong. Shipping & Handling Outside the 48 Contiguous States
Customers placing orders to be shipped outside the Continental USA (including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Canada, Mexico and other international destinations), will receive an e-mail specifying shipping options and costs based upon shipment size and weight. If you have not supplied us with your e-mail address, please e-mail using the Contact Us Form with your correct e-mail address so that we can provide you with this shipping information.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 3 BUSINESS days (defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, UPS and Federal Express estimate delivery time-in-transit ranging from 1 to 6 BUSINESS days depending on your delivery address. Orders ship from Pennsylvania Postal (zip) Code 19530. You can view either the UPS Time-In-Transit Map or the Federal Express Time-In-Transit Map showing estimated shipping time from our Postal (zip) Code.
International orders may take longer based on destination and method of delivery.

Confiscated Shipments
World-Wide Martial Arts Supply will not ship certain items, in accordance with local laws and regulations (please reference product description). World-Wide Martial Arts Supply is not responsible for any shipments confiscated by law enforcement or customs. World-Wide Martial Arts Supply does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, or carry specific items offered on the website. By placing an order with World-Wide Martial Arts Supply, the buyer warrants that he or she is an adult and is under no legal restrictions prohibiting such person from buying, owning, possessing, or accepting delivery of each item under applicable federal, state or local law.

Unlike most martial arts suppliers, we do not automatically cancel backorders for deliveries within the Continental USA. This policy has been instituted for the convenience of both World-Wide Martial Arts Supply and yourself.
We maintain a large quantity of inventory in-stock. However, if we do not have your products on-hand, then we order them from our suppliers. It is infrequent, but in the event that our suppliers are backordered, then we will ship the items that we have in-stock, and will backorder the remainder of your order. The Shipping Confirmation and Packing List will indicate all backordered items for your review.
Once backordered items are in-stock, we immediately ship it to you without any additional shipping and handling charge.
- Address Corrections
UPS and FedEx address corrections, not due to WWMAS error, will be charged back to the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, customer omission of apartment or suite number and/or customer instructions to UPS or Federal Express to deliver to an address other than that on the label. The current UPS charge for this service is $5 and the current Federal Express charge for this service is $10.
