Refunds and Returned Merchandise

  • General Policy
    A full refund will be made only for merchandise WWMAS cannot deliver within stated delivery time or reasonable time thereafter.

    All allowable refunds will be made ONLY to the same credit card used to place the order. In all other instances, including orders paid by cash, check, or money order, will be in the form of a credit for the appropriate amount redeemable on your next purchase.

    Based on the condition of items when they are returned, refunds and exchanges will be at the discretion of World-Wide Martial Arts Supply.

    Cancellations
    Orders cancelled prior to shipment for any reason other than inability of WWMAS to deliver merchandise within stated delivery time or reasonable time thereafter are subject to a 20% cancellation and restocking charge to offset the labor, materials and fees incurred in processing your order.

    Returns for Credit
    Merchandise returned (not for allowed exchange as described below) will be accepted subject to a 20% cancellation and restocking charge to offset the labor, materials and fees incurred in processing your order. An RMA# as described below must be obtained within 5 days of receipt and merchandise must be received by us within 2 weeks of issuance of RMA#.

    Note that products marked "SPECIAL ORDER: NOT RETURNABLE" in the description on the item ordering page cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
    All merchandise returned FOR ANY ALLOWABLE REASON must be clearly identified on the outside Shipping Label with an RMA:
    • To obtain an RMA, please e-mail using the Contact Us Form stating your order #, product to be returned/exchanged and size needed in exchange, if applicable.
    • RMA(s) are not issued online or via telephone.
  • Exchange for WWMAS Shipping Errors
    Exchanges for WWMAS shipping errors are allowed for correct merchandise only:
    • Notify WWMAS by e-mail within 5 days of receipt describing error and requesting an RMA#.
    • Merchandise must be received by WWMAS within 2 weeks of issuance of RMA#.

  • Exchange for Different Sizes
    Exchanges for different sizes of uniforms, shoes, protective equipment and clothing are allowed for SAME merchandise only.

    For all other products, please reference Other Exchanges / Manufacturer Defects, below.
    • A few items are marked "SPECIAL ORDER ITEM: NOT RETURNABLE" in the item description. Accordingly, these items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
    • For allowed exchanges, notify WWMAS by e-mail within 5 days of receipt stating the new size required and requesting an RMA.
    • Merchandise must be received by WWMAS within 2 weeks of issuance of RMA.
    • Merchandise must be in original product packaging and be in new/unworn condition.
    • Package must be sent via the US Postal Service and arrive insured and shipping prepaid.
    • Exchange must be accompanied by money order or charge card authorization for return shipping and handling charges.
      . . . Return Shipping and Handling is charged based on the price of the item(s) as described under Shipping & Handling (minimum $6.95)
    • Shipping additional items with a previously finalized order will be at the discretion of World-Wide Martial Arts Supply.
  • Other Exchanges / Manufacturer Defects
    No returns or exchanges are allowed on other merchandise except for manufacturer defects:
    • Claims for products covered by the manufacturer warranty should be directed to the manufacturer.
      . . . Also notify us via e-mail so that we are aware of the situation and can follow up, when necessary, with the manufacturer.
      . . . In all other cases, follow the instructions below:
    • Please notify WWMAS via e-mail using the Contact Us Form . within 5 days of receipt describing the defect and requesting an RMA#.
      . . . WWMAS reserves the right to issue a credit for the product or to issue an RMA# and replace the merchandise.
    • Merchandise must be received by WWMAS within 2 weeks of issuance of RMA#.
    • Exchange for same title/merchandise only.
    • Merchandise must be in original product packaging and be in new/un-worn condition.
    • Package must be sent via the US Postal Service and arrive insured and shipping prepaid.
  • Merchandise Damaged in Transit
    Notification of freight damage should be submitted immediately to delivering carrier.
    • Carrier policies require that proceeds of the claim be paid directly to the shipper.
    • Also notify us via e-mail using the Contact Us Form so that we can follow up on the claim and expedite the replacement of the applicable merchandise.
  • Return Address
    For all AUTHORIZED returns/exchanges as outlined above:
    • Send returned merchandise shipping prepaid and insured to:

    • RMA must be clearly marked on the shipping label.
    • WWMAS will not accept returns without an RMA on the label.
  • Other Refund/Return/Exchange Information
    • SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
    • Please allow two to four weeks for delivery of exchanged merchandise.
